COVID-19
Our first priority at MYSUITE7 is the safety of our clients and staff. We have implemented COVID-19 guidelines to ensure your experience is as safe as possible. Guest will NOT be allowed to enter if they are sick/ have been in close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 or have travelled internationally within the last 14 days. We will greet verbally (no hugs no handshakes). Only guest with appointments will be allowed in the suite. No additional guest. No exceptions.
CANCELATION-LATE ARRIVALS
CANCELLATION
We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount and forfeit any deposit. "NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the service amount to card on file.
LATE ARRIVALS
We appreciate when guests notify us when they are running late; we will have a 10 minute grace period. More than 10 minutes late will result in cancellation of appointment.
